The Red Barn Café features Chef David Sweeney
The Red Barn cafe is open for the 2017 Season in the historic Ezzard Dairy Barn at Tiger Mountain. Chef David Sweeney's concentration is fresh and local --- with a new menu including delectable specials including cashew cream filled Belgian Endive with Shiitake bacon, eggs Benedict, poached fresh N.C. trout and a special desserts. See sample menu below.

Chef David Sweeney formerly owned The Dynamic Dish Restaurant in the historic Sweet Auburn District which attracted the attention of top city food critics for its healthy foods with natural ingredients from multicultural resources. Later, Chef David worked with top chefs at Atlanta's Restaurant Eugene and Decatur's Cakes and Ale. More recently he has been involved in private and corporate catering for clients such as Coca Cola, CNN, Georgia Organics, and many others. He remains devoted to his work with community farmers markets.

The Red Barn Café, an indoor/outdoor facility open for lunch and dinner on weekends May through November, also hosts weddings and special events from the spring through the fall season. Starting in May, the Red Barn Café also features monthly gourmet dinners and wine pairings with renowned visiting chefs.

|Beautifully refurbished, the 75 year old Red Barn at Tiger Mountain was once a dairy barn where Dr. John Ezzard, current owner and winemaker, milked cows as a boy.
